Ballet Classes for All Ages and All Levels
At Ballet de Catalunya School, we believe ballet is for everyone, including adults with little or no dance experience. Adult ballet classes at BNC Ballet School offer a great workout, grounded in classical technique, led by Company and School faculty members who teach the same steps to BNC Ballet dancers.We are pleased to offer a variety of class formats to meet you where you are!
All the programs are designed for people who loves dancing and they want to keep feeling the joy of dance.
Before joining a class, please take a moment to consider the appropriate class-level.
When in doubt about which level to take, we suggest joining a lower level first or ask our school instructors.
Classes with less than 8 members per group will be cancelled and the fees will be reimbursed.
Registration 2024-2025
Registration for this program are open starting July 25th, 2024 and closes on October 25th 2024.
You can register online or you in-person by visiting us at our headquarters located at Carrer Mare de Deu dels Angels 90, 08221, Terrassa.
Registration Office will be open from Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 20:00.
Registrations for students under 18, must be done by a parent/guardian.
Ballet Beginners
This is a class recommended for Adults and youth people who doesn’t pursue a professional career.

This class is for absolute beginners who are entirely new to classical ballet or students returning after many years away from the art form and wishing to ease back into ballet. This class introduces basic terminology and foundational ballet technique with a focus on proper alignment. Repetition is critical for students at this level, so participating in two or more classes per week is encouraged to progress into the next level.

Ballet Intermediate I and II
Intermediate I | Age – 10 – 14 years old.
Intermediate II | Age – 14 – 20 years old.
This is a class recommended for youth people who doesn’t pursue a professional career.

Ballet advanced
Age – Minimum Age is 15. This is a class with mixed ages.
This is a class recommended for Adults and youth people who doesn’t pursue a professional career.
LEARN MORE
This class is for the more proficient and experienced student with a minimum of 4 years training who is looking for an Advanced level technique class that moves at a brisk pace. A deep knowledge and understanding of ballet terminology and alignment principles, as well as the ability to execute core ballet technique is expected. The class will move at a quicker pace than all other class levels with students executing complex movement sequences with more developed strength and proficiency.

Ballet for Older Adults
This class is specifically designed for older adults who love fitness and ballet. Classes will offer the benefits of a classical ballet technique class with gentle modifications to honor well-lived backs, hips, knees, and ankles.

Ballet Single Class Pass
Recommended for people who would like to try a class and see if would like to join one of our programs.
